• Question: Will it be costly for the public to have laser eye surgery or laser tattoo removal ?

      These are usually paid for by the individual, unless the cost of not doing it can be absolutely proved to cost a lot more to the NHS (perhaps counselling and antidepressant drugs). I’m not sure this ever happens though.
