• Question: who made up english?

      Good question.
      I don’t think that it was invented by one person. English is a mish-mash of different languages. We’ve got bits from the Vikings, some from the Celts, some from the Romans, some from the French. As I understand things, it’s just evolved as different peoples have moved or invaded us over the last thousands of years.
