Usually I visit to show people how to use the system that they’ve bought. I spend a couple of days with them unpacking and connecting the parts together, then I make sure that everything is working properly. Once I’ve got the system working, I work with the scientists there to set the system up around whatever their experiment is and show them how the laser and camera and computer software work.
Once we’ve done that, I let them try to make some measurements and answer any questions that they might have.
