When you’re in your mid-late teens. I stopped growing when I was about 17, I think.

Girls usually stop growing substantially in their teens, boys often grow for a bit longer. Tim was obviously ahead of his peers, but I kept growing until about 23.

However, your bones and muscles are always growing (or shrinking) in response to your lifestyle – so many sports people have bigger, thicker bones and stronger muscles – coach potatoes may have thin bones and big tummies! Even your brain keeps changing shape and growing throughout your life, depending on how you use it.
