      I think we answered this in the chat, but my opinion is Chemistry.
      Cooking is all about changing the properties of the food, so understanding what’s going on at a molecular level must be helpful.

      I think physics, it’s all about getting things to the correct temperature on the outside and in the middle. It’s a lot like what I need to think about with some skin laser treatments. If you do Chemistry, you will just end up like Heston
