• Question: How do babies know that smiling means they're happy - and why do we smile?

      I was told that gorillas smile when they are sad and frown when they are happy, but I’m not sure if that was a zookeeper just trying to convince us that a gorilla was happy.

      We do lots of communication through facial expression, it is interesting why this is the same for all humans.
