  There are some tattoos that really don’t suit the people they are on, like pictures of naked women on very conservative middle-aged men, or names of ex-partners. There are probably lots of things that you may think of as strange, but I see them all of the time so I get used to them.
  
  Oh, we sometimes get people who have hair growing inside their mouths, which must be pretty annoying. This happens after bits of skin are taken from elsewhere on their body to patch them up during surgery.
