I don’t really understand the question. The most complicated medical/veterinary thing I have heard of is a complete reconstruction of the bones in a dog’s foot using metal, but I don’t really take much interest.
You can do anything on an animal that you would on a person (eg heart surgery), it’s just whether you have an owner prepared to pay enough to have it done!
I don’t know exactly what you’re asking, but in medical terms I believe that most animals have very similar internal organs to humans and most medical procedures that you can do on a human could be done on animals.
Is that what you meant?

I’d meant basically what’s the hardest/most complex thing you can do to an animal. But all these answers help, so, thanks 🙂
