• Question: What is the definition of homunculus?

      I had to look that up. Google tells me it is a mini person. It also tells me that people once believed that babies grew from them, ie that a sperm was a fully formed tiny person that just grew in the uterus.

      I think it has other meanings too, but that’s what stood out for me.

      It’s not a word that you hear very often in every day usage. I’d need to look in a dictionary to give you the definition (or google, like Tom did). That’s cheating 😉
